I am working with a client who is suffering from macular degeneration and cataracts. There is conflicting information about the rulership of the eyes. JWG says the Moon rules the eyes. Another astrologer says the Sun rules the left eye. Another says that Mars rules the head and everything in it. This condition has been a long-term issue and is getting worse. Where in the chart would you look to determine the remedy and help her begin to heal without pharmaceutical drugs or surgery? If this question is inappropriate for this forum, I understand. When the lunar nodes square a natal planet by transit, is this also a skipped step condition?

I seem to recall that JWG said that the Sun square the lunar nodes was not a skipped step. If that is true, what is the reason? TIA. Daniel
