Pluto and Saturn aspects - negative tendencies ?

Hi to all folks and dear Rad.

I want to understand from the evolutionary astrology point of view about the influence of the aspects between Pluto and Saturn. From by experience and also from following the teachings of Jeff Green and the evolutionary school I have made my own research by observation and correlation in which I see the energies and specific vibrations between the mentioned Pluto and Saturn, especially in the last 33 years.

For example : during the 90s Pluto and Saturn have one negative aspect when Pluto was in Scorpio and Saturn in Aquarius from 1992-1995 and after that the opposition between in the beginning of the new millennia. I am talking about when Pluto was in Sagittarius and Saturn in Gemini. The last aspect I want to mention is the recent one when Pluto and Saturn are in Capricorn(2020). From my observation when these planets make the negative aspect between them(because as Jeff Green said – Saturn corelates with out past actions and affects of our past actions, so is Pluto the core of the soul itself with the desires) there is a grand fissure and changes both negative and possibly positive. Thus the consequences of the nature of our desires and realities is shown from Pluto and Saturn. In this case I saw that when these planets make some negative aspect they act like a hook, like hook of a long chain of negative consequences from the past.

For example in the year 2024 Pluto shall be in Aquarius and when it makes its ingression in Aquarius it shall activate its negative seeds of actions during the 90s where Pluto made a square with Saturn. Pluto was then in Scorpio and Saturn in Aquarius.

Now when we see the negative tendencies between different groups for example after the attacks on 9/11, another example being the aggression of Russia against the Ukrainian people and another the Israel-Palestine issue. These conflicts and other similar ones are our legacy of this negative aspect. From the point of view of the individual if someone was born with Pluto and Saturn in square position(Pluto in Scorpio and Saturn in Aquarius) if there not only the individual karma but the collective one that is affected? Are there any signs of suffering from the evolutionary point of view on the individual level that come from the negative collective tendencies.?

Because Saturn represents the authorities and the “rule of law”, the taboos, the borders and Uranus /Aquarius corelate to traumas, likeminded groups , long term attachments , thus I think coming from my own research these negative aspects create some kind of conflict between the mentioned(but many other too) groups for power and control over the majority within the conflict. The minority tries to control the majority of the people.Is this a correct observation on my part? What do you think of this and the aspects between Pluto and Saturn?  

  Also the 2nd thing I want to point out – as there is a natural sextile between Sagittarius & Aquarius and as Pluto was in Sagittarius when we were witness to dramatic changes and displacements of people from Africa and the Middle East towards Europe and other more developed parts of the world. Are there any signs according to you regarding the next wave of people, especially after the beginning of the war in Ukraine and the current one in the Gaza strip between Israel and Palestine? I think that there is a high possibility that there will be a wave of war refugees caused not only by climate change or economic turmoil(which would be according to Pluto and Sagittarius) but also that the conflicts will add to the number of refugees.

3rd thing I want to point out is that just because Aquarius and Uranus rule the subconscious mind and long-term memory(including the vibrational waves and the astral plane) is there any possibility that when Pluto enters Aquarius the world will face this choice between high level of enlightenment and consciousness and the low level of the same – a complete polarization.? As Jeff Green said that one negative side of Aquarius is deep conflict and polarization and a possibility of manifestation of the mindset of the groups, is there a conflict between light and dark now more shapely formed that will cut and raise our reality, especially now since Pluto enters into Aquarius caused by our ignorance of previous actions ?
