Hi Rad,
would it be that the majority of souls who are born in the communities of indigenous peoples and land, are "new souls" so to speak? I get that there would be souls from every evolutionary state but wouldn't be also true that the fact this new souls would be needed, with their purity and instinct, to protect and serve by natural laws and by that teach what humanity has forgotten? That the core of their teachings would not require any philosophical or intellectual frame and that that would be in detriment to the message and communion with Nature that is indeed quite simple?
In essence, that there is needed a certain purity/natural instinct in the soul that has not been conditioned by social norms and that those would actually be teachers for the more evolved in this sort of twisted world?
Thank you in advance Rad,
Helena

No. The 'distribution' of Souls relative to the four natural evolutionary states wherever on this planet is pretty much constant and equal relative to the percentages of those evolutionary states.
Given that roughly 70% is within the consensus state Souls born into indigenous cultures and the land/ area they live on, the 'conditioning' that takes place because of the nature of reality in such cultures thus defines their sense of personal identity because of the need to conform in the consensus state.
Thus, such Souls then take that conditioning forwards into their future lifetimes. Their Souls remember the inherent purity of the Natural Laws learned in those types of lifetimes and thus act as agents for others to learn from as they progressively evolve.
God Bless, Rad
