Hi Dominikas – Regarding Feelings vs. Emotions (paraphrasing from Pluto II) page 141 Feelings are the immediate reactions to a specific experience or circumstance Emotion is a reaction to those feelings   My POV- I see feelings more as a mental(air), and emotions as a deeper water element.   From my understanding and perception, feelings are subjective, and conscious in their nature.  Emotions are deeper, and sometimes unconscious.  For example; I may hear a song and say something like “I don’t like this song!”(feeling), but it could be rooted into the song tapping into a deeper, suppressed emotion(i.e. unresolved grief); or I might exhibit the feeling of being annoyed  by someone in a small group setting; but that feeling could be actually rooted to an unconscious emotion and memory of someone from my past who may have hurt me or created some form of trauma in this life or others. We are emotional bodies.  Our physical bodies are made of mostly water – and from what I’ve studied there exists a physiological response when dealing with emotions.  There is a great study done by Dr. Masaru Emoto on water that I highly recommend everyone to look into.  His study proved that there is a memory inside water molecules that is retained by exposing the water to different emotional stimuli (positive and negative). The positive stimuli (words like “I love you; you are beautiful; classical harmonious music”, etc…) would create these beautiful symmetrical geometrical snowflake patterns.  The negative influences (i.e. words spoken like “I Hate You; You are stupid; or music that not harmonious) would create these distorted, ugly almost smokey looking shapes that were not symmetrical.  Feelings are what you feel the moment something happens.  If we do not acknowledge the feeling or suppress it, it will create an emotion (which was a reaction to that feeling).  That is why healing has so much to do with bringing up suppressed and repressed emotions that are stuck inside our souls. As JWG stated, that which becomes suppressed/repressed, becomes distorted.

Hi friends! I would like to join in practice with you all if that is OK :-)   Pluto in Sag in the 11th Inconjunct Saturn in Taurus in the 3rd I wanted to practice and touch on the Pluto signature relative to the inconjunct to Saturn in the 3rd/Taurus which further tells us this is a soul who has been working on deconditioning past patterning that pertains specifically limitations in thought processes and communication (Saturn in 3rd) and how this soul has expressed him or herself in the past &/or LACK thereof.  With Venus (the ruler of Saturn) balsamic to Pluto, we know this soul has been working on this for a long time and could be looking to begin planting & releasing new seeds in society. There is however a big sense of insecurity or fear that comes with that.  With the soul in the 3rd stage individuated, moving into 1st stage spiritual, it already has awareness of a special gift it has to help others evolve and heal, so this aspect gives the soul the push and pressure to do something with this gift.  This could be a soul with many ideas and life experiences/lessons that could it could share with the community, making it an authority or expert – for example, maybe this soul publishes a book, or starts a youtube channel sharing information with others on a specific theme.  The inconjunct to Saturn represents to the likelihood of this soul not feeling ready or good enough to make such a move, but the purpose of this aspect would be to create the necessary circumstances/crises and pressure to propel the soul into take the actions needed. This will of course require some inner adjustments specifically on how this soul has been valuing him or herself and the nature of its beliefs about him or herself.  There could be a tendency of not feeling ready or good enough to make the changes (finding excuses, etc…) but with this aspect, the soul will experience the necessary crises to push it towards making those adjustments and begin changing the way it has approached 3rd house issues within their relationship to not only others, but to themselves as well.  With Saturn in the 3rd, this is a soul who on a lower expression is likely to hold back in its expressions, or be stubborn to change its communicative approaches (Taurus).  It has likely remained quiet or not spoken its mind because it is just “easier” that way given the Taurus tendency to laziness.  But in this life, its going to feel the pressures to liberate itself from those patterns.  This gives the soul the opportunity to transform and evolve this energy into becoming someone who is intellectually more mature, and takes responsibility for their words and thoughts, spoken outwardly and inwardly and can help integrate that into something valuable for society Looking forward to thoughts/feedback!
